this year in honor of all the great moms out there i decided to offer a “mama & me” special session event. i started shooting these sessions this week and they’re so much fun. i love capturing images of beautiful moms and their children. my first session this week was moved indoors to due rain but we sure had fun in the studio! below are a few sneak peeks from this great session. enjoy
this sweet baby boy turned one not long ago. his mom won a mini session in a p3 facebook contest that i ran back in the fall and now that weather is gorgeous it was time to shoot his session. abel was such a handsome model and we captured some great images of him. enjoy these sneak peeks

a few weeks ago i did a casting call for models. i had some great kids to choose from but i finally decided on three pretty girls to create the vision i had in my head. i found the perfect location using a field at huckleberry farm and the weather was perfect for the shoot. the girls and their moms came prepared with lots of outfits and we had a great time styling and shooting this session. i find it funny that what i had in my head originally is not much like what i ended up shooting…but what i did shoot i absolutely love. so many times a shoot changes right before my eyes and i end up with something better than planned! i will be using the images from this shoot in upcoming magazine ads and promotional materials for p3. but i can’t keep them all a secret forever so here’s a little sneak peek at the session. enjoy
